Everything you Need to Know About TF2 Weapons

In the game, each class has access to three distinct types of weapons: primary, secondary, and melee. Engineers and Spies also have additional weapons that occupy extra slots. Players can customize their loadout by selecting their preferred weapons and items. Most weapons require ammunition, which can be either reserve-based (with a limited clip size and requiring reloading) or fully-loaded. Reserve-based weapons can reload either magazine-style or sequentially. Reloading can be interrupted, and any time spent reloading cannot be regained. Some weapons don’t use ammo and instead need to be recharged by waiting, using a resupply cabinet, or respawning. Additionally, a few weapons, such as the Medi Gun and the Buff Banner, require manual refills based on specific conditions.

Players can also switch weapons or reload during combat, which can be pivotal in determining the game’s outcome. By selecting the optimal combination of weapons and items, players can tailor their loadout to their playstyle, significantly improving their chances of success.
